Consulting

Airline strategy and advisory, grounded in the operations ACC's technology already runs.

Consulting is ACC's airline business-strategy practice — the same kind of engagement Roland Berger or Deloitte would run, applied specifically to airlines. It draws on the same operational knowledge behind Ops NEXUS, Disruption Care, and SmartBlock, without requiring an airline to buy any of them.

What it is

Business-strategy consulting for airlines — not software implementation.

Consulting is a standalone ACC practice, run in the style of Roland Berger or Deloitte engagements, focused specifically on airline strategy and operations — not a services add-on to Ops NEXUS, Disruption Care, or SmartBlock. A consulting engagement doesn't require adopting ACC software, and a software deployment doesn't require a consulting engagement.

Where we advise

Seven areas of airline strategy.

Network Planning

Route network structure and planning decisions.

Revenue Management

Revenue performance and yield strategy.

Pricing

Fare structure and pricing strategy.

Distribution

Passenger sales and distribution channel strategy.

Budget

Airline budget planning and financial control.

Digital Transformation

Delivered engagements

Consultancy engagements across three continents.

ACC's consultancy line has delivered engagements with SATA, airBaltic, United Airlines, and TAP Air Portugal — completed work, not ongoing relationships, beginning with the founding engagement with CVA. TAP's consultancy engagement is separate from, and distinct in status from, TAP's ongoing Ops NEXUS partnership.

The current active consultancy engagement is with AZAL.
